ADMISSION PROCEDURE-GUIDELINES, RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Minimum and maximum age criteria shall be as under:
    CLASS MINIMUM AGE on 1st April MAXIMUM AGE

  • For Admission it is mandatory to submit aadhar card & birth certificate of the child at the time of admission within one month failing which the admission may be cancelled without notice.
  • Every parent has to visit and fill the registration form first. The registration will be done on payment of a fees. On registration prospectus will be given to the parents. The registration form also contains rules and regulations of the school.
  • Admission to Nursery, LKG and UKG will be through informal interaction.
  • Admission to 1st class and above will be based on written and verbal test of the child.
  • Final decision of giving admission and in a particular class will be of the school management based on test/interaction and other certain requirements.
  • On confirmation of admission, annual charges and one month tuition fees shall be deposited along with one month transport charges (if availed).
  • All the admission shall be strictly depend upon the age criteria as mentioned above.
  • Minimum age for admission in nursery class shall be 3.5 years as on 31st March of the year of admission.
  • Fees can be paid in cash at the counter, Paytm, QR Code or online through bank transfer.

  • Fees can be paid in advance for whole year along with transport charges, if applicable. In such case one month tuition fees may be waived off as a discount.
  • Late fees payment penalty and consequences: if monthly fees & other chrges not paid by the end of the month, a late fees @ Rs 5/- on each month fees may be charged. If monthly tuition fees & other charges for three consecutive months are not paid, the admission may be cancelled. Re-admission will be allowed after payment of previous dues along with Rs 500/- as re-admission fee.
  • Fees once deposited shall not be refunded in any circumstances.
  • The parents shall submit all the documents as required for admission. Failing to submit birth certificate, Aadhar Card and TC (Wherever applicable) will lead to cancellation of admission.
